Once again this year we will make available a limited number of reserved tables. The cost for a table is $175, which includes admission for 8 people. Tables are available on a first come basis. At this time there are only a few reserved tables still available, and they are to the side of the stage. If you want a reserved table, we recommend that you make your reservation ASAP.

If possible, please make your travel plans such that you are able to attend our afternoon pre-party. We are still working out the details, but anticipate the pre-party to run from 1-5 with some special surprises in store. Pre-party admission will be $10. If you are flying, you would fly into Moline, IL (MLI).

The Radisson is across the street from the party, connected via skywalk. So you can leave your winter clothes in your room and come to the party in your tropical wear.

Hotel #2 -- Isle of Capri, Bettendorf
1777 Isle Parkway, Bettendorf, IA. $65 for 1-4 occupants. per night for single or double occupancy. (triple = $75, quad = $85). Room rate excludes 12% tax. Cancellation without penalty up to 24 hours before. Check-in is 4 pm, Check-out is 11 am.
Our block is in the new tower of the hotel, so the rooms should be very nice. This hotel is 4 miles up river (east) from the Radisson and the River Center. There is a casino shuttle that runs between the Bettendorf and Davenport casinos on the half hour. It leaves one casino at the top of the hour and the other at the bottom of the hour. The Davenport casino is just 2 blocks from the River Center, and while I can not guarantee that it will drop you off at the door of the River Center, I think that if you tip your driver, they may accommodate you.

Donations are still needed! Many past donors are not contributing this year due to the slowed economy. Please consider asking your employer or places you do business, whether they would be willing to make a donation. We welcome cash donations and items for the silent auction. Items can be complete baskets, items that can be complimented with other items to make a more appealing basket. We also welcome empty baskets and used tropical trinkets that may be just the special thing to top off another basket.
