* About Parakeets (a.k.a. Children) -- It can be argued that few Parrot Head functions are truly Kid FRIENDLY due to the presence of adult beverages and sometimes unbridled craziness. However, at some venues children are expressly prohibited, usually those at bars. For those where children are not forbidden or unwelcome, we parents usually have to decide to what degree an event might be inappropriate for our children at their age, maturity, and interest. If you are considering taking your parakeets to an out of town Parrot Head function, please contact someone at the host club to see whether children are allowed or welcome at that event. Or email info@QCPH.com and we will inquire with the host club.
